To request a quote, you have three options :   1) Phone Inquiry Contact us at 514-265-9919 giving us a precise description of the documents to be translated (Number of Pages, Type of Document, Target Language and Source Language) to receive a free estimate. 2) Request via Email Request your free estimate via email by sending us your documents or giving us a detailed description of them (Number of Pages, Type of Document, Target Language and Source Language). 3) Request via Form Fill out our online form to request a free estimate. To make an order, you have three possibilities:   1) Submit your Documents in Person Bring your documents (original copies or photocopies) to our office located at : 1805, Sauvé West Street, Office 301D Montreal, QC, H4N 3B8 2) Scan your Documents Send us digital copies (scans or pdf) of your texts to translate to our email address at info@n-traduction.com (mailto:info@n-traduction.com)including in the message the target language (to which you want to translate). 3) Confirm the Received Quote After completing the form, you will receive a quote by email. Simply reply to that email to confirm your acceptance and the proposed deadlines — we will then begin processing your order.

We have two types of deadlines :   1) Usual Time We make sure to give you your translations between 3 to 7 days after you have sent us your documents depending on the length of the texts to be translated. 2) Casual Time If you wish to receive your translations more quickly, so between 1 to 2 days after having sent us your documents, an additional fee of 5$ or 10$ will be added to your order for each document to be translated depending on the length of the texts.

To recover your translations, you have two possibilities :   1) Collect your Documents in Person Come and pick up your translations at our work address : 1805, Sauvé West Street, Office 301D Montreal, QC, H4N 3B8 2) Shipping by Mail We can send you your translations accross all Canada by mail for an additional fee added to the entire order.   We will send you your revisions work via email.
